Design of the top menu buttons

• You can select any color of your choice as the Primary Color for all the tabs.

1. Click Settings on the Discovery Wizard page.

   

2. On the Style pop-up screen, click Primary Color to select the color of your choice. By default, the color is blue.

3. Click Save.

• A new Upgrade button appears along with the top menu buttons.

1. When you work on a new version of the Visualizer, you can see a new button called the Upgrade button gets added to the menu buttons.

2. Click the Upgrade button and the Discovery Wizard page would reflect the newly made changes.

• The background color of the menu button changes.

1. When you hover the mouse over the top menu buttons, the background color of the buttons fades to show the selected primary color but with an opacity percentage of 15%.

Design of the Settings pop-up screen

The design of the Settings pop-up screen is updated to improve the visual appearance, reduce crowdedness and spot the elements more easily.

Import Excel Template

• Click Import Excel to automatically upload all the variables on the Discovery Wizard page.

1. Earlier, even after uploading a flat file, you need to manually add sections, fields, variables, and code references on the Discovery Wizard page. But the new enhancement has made things easier.

   

2. Click Settings on the Discovery Wizard page.

   

3. On the Style pop-up screen, click the down arrow button next to Import Excel. An Excel template gets downloaded to your device.

   

4. Ensure that the Excel template has all the Variable Names, Code References, and Tag names that you want the Discovery Wizard page to display. Edit the Excel template, if required.

5. Click Settings on the Discovery Wizard page.

   

6. On the Style pop-up screen, click Import Excel.

7. “Excel import Successfully!” message pops up. Click Save.

   

8. All the values get reflected on the Discovery Wizard page.

Bug Fixes

• String Fields

  Earlier it was not possible to input string fields namely "$" or ",". It has now been fixed.

• Stack Chart

  Earlier it was not possible to edit certain fields in the Stack Chart. This issue has been resolved.

VC UI Builder

• Hide Tab/Section

Earlier when a user tries to add logic to hide or show tab or table rows, the Hide Tab/Section pop-up screen automatically closes before the user could type the code reference. This issue has been fixed.
