Enhancements

Sales Dashboard

• NEW Sales Dashboard design

• New End User Capabilities
  • Close Visualizer - the user can close Visualizers as "Won" or "Lost" (Hover on the "Actions" menu > click "Close" > select the option)

• Send a Copy - the user can send a copy of the Visualizer to another user from the same organization (Hover on the "Actions" menu > click "Send a Copy" > select a member)

• Archive Visualizer - the user can archive a Visualizer (Hover on the "Actions" menu > click "Archive")

• Archived Visualizers page - user can view and restore Visualizers

• Close Visualizers page - user can close Visualizers and view closed Visualizers. Use Search, select filters "All Members", "Sample Data" and "Alredy Closed"

• Folder Structure (if this feature is enabled by the organization admin/owner) - Visualizers can be organized in folders and sub-folders.

• Open a Visualizer as a Discovery Wizard or a Value Collaborator - if both DW and VC are configured for the same model, the user will be able to select which UI to open from the dashboard

• Default Template/Example for Import Data via Excel

• New Admin User Capabilities (Organization Owner)
  • Button Setting - the organization owner is able to add new buttons, update button labels, rearrange buttons

• UI Customization - the organization owner is able to update theme color, change font family, and update logos

• Action Setting - the organization owner is able to turn on/off "Actions" menu items

Value Collaborator

• Value Collaborator UI Builder
  • Ability to merge cells in tables

• Ability to enable an autosave for a Value Collaborator (under Settings > General Settings)

• Ability to delete extensions within the UI Builder

Discovery Wizard

• Calculated Input Variables (Overrides) - this icon indicates that the variable is calculated input/override (see screenshot below). The variable is calculated, but you can overwrite it. Once the variable is overwritten, the icon will change to green. When you hover over the icon, you will see the calculated value, and you can reset this variable to its calculated value.

Admin

• Model via Excel
  • admin user/model developer can create calculated input/override variables. You can import this variable type with a "flat" file. Under the "VROI_OUTPUTS" tab, you need to add an extra column called "Override" and add "1" next to the variable that you want to become calculated input/override

This variable type is currently available for Discovery Wizard only.

• User and Visualizer Type Tags
  • User/VT tag management page - admin user can create, update and delete tags. The new "Manage Tags" button is located on Manage Organization, Visualizer Types, and Visualizer Type pages.

• Tag users via Excel import - admin users can tag organization users using Excel import.
  • Click on the "User Management (Bulk Upload via Excel)" button at the bottom of the Manage Organization page

• Download the template
• Under the "Users" tab, add the "Tags" column
• Add all users you want to tag
• If you add multiple tags, they should be separated by a comma

Bug Fixes

• Value Collaborator and Discovery Wizard - Visualizer Modified Date should not be changed if no variables were changed.
• Value Collaborator UI Builder - Image Overlay > unable to see the full variable core reference
• Value Collaborator UI Builder - unable to reuse "hide" commands to hide table(s)
• Value Collaborator UI Builder - "Separate Panel" feature breaks when reordering tables
• Discovery Wizard UI Builder - extensions created in DW Builder were not correctly tagged
