Create Folders and Sub-Folders for Visualizer Types

Overview

You can easily organize and categorize your Visualizer Types into different folders.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Follow the steps to Access the Manage Organization Page.

   

   
   

2. Click Advanced Settings.

   

   
   

3. Click Other Display Settings.

   

   
   

4. Click to select the Use folder structure for Visualizer Types check box.

   
   

5. Click Save.

   

   
   

6. Click Visualizer Types.

   

   
   

7. Click Folders, the new tab that appears on the Visualizer Types (Root) page.

   

   
   

8. Click Create New Folder.

   

   
   

9. Enter the folder name in the Name field.

   
   

10. Click Create.

    

    
    

11. To create a subfolder, click Create New Folder.

    
    

12. To create a new folder, click Visualizer Types (Root). click Folders and then click Create New Folder.

    

    
    
13. Click the down arrow button to view the folders and sub-folders created.

Move Visualizer Types to Folders and Sub-Folders

1. Click Visualizer Types (Root). When the page appears click to select the Visualizer Type check box(es).

   
   
2. Click the down arrow button and select the folder or sub-Folder from the drop-down list and then click Move.

Restore the Moved Visualizer Type(s)

1. Click Folders.

   
   

2. Select the folder to which the Visualizer Type has been moved.

   

   
   
3. Click to select the Visualizer Type check box(es) and then select Root Folder from the drop-down list and then click Move. The Visualizer Type(s) would be restored.
