Integrate with OKTA
Overview
Only organization owners can integrate ValueCore with OKTA.
Step-by-Step Guide

Follow the steps to Access the Manage Organization Page.
- Click Advanced Settings.
- Click the SSO Settings tab.
- Click Add SAML Configuration.

On the OKTA platform, click to select SAML 2.0 and then click Create to create a new application integration,
- On the General Settings page, fill out the form.

Copy the SP MetaData URL from ValueCore and paste it into the Audience URI (SP Entity ID) text box on the Okta platform.

Copy the SP Assertion URL and paste it in the Single sign on URL text box on the Okta platform.
- Default RelayState > https://visualize-roi.com/vr/api/saml/login

Below the Attribute Statements section, enter your email and user email.
- On the Feedback page, select your option and click Finish.

On the Settings page, click View Setup Instructions.
- Download Certificate and open with Notepad.
- On the ValueCore platform, click Enter IDP Details.

Enter the name in the Connection Name field.

Copy the Identity Provider Issuer from the OKTA platform and paste it into the Entity ID field.

Copy the Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL from the OKTA platform and paste it into the SingleSignOnService URL field.
- Copy the text between BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE from the OKTA platform.

Paste the text in the X509 Certificate text box in the ValueCore.
- Click Add.

To tag users in ValueCore using OKTA Groups, ensure that in Group Attribute Statements (optional) section under SAML Settings, ensure to enter groups in the Name field.
- As for the Filter field, you can use anything of your choice.
- Assign applications and people to the group in OKTA.
