Share Visualizer using the Options Menu in Visualizer Hub

Overview

Once a visualizer has been created, you can share it through the Visualizer Hub page as well.,

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click Visualizer Hub on the Home page.


  2. Click to select Share from the Options drop-down list.


  3. Click to select the expiry date or the last day on which the visualizer can be accessed in the Expiration Date field. However it is optional.


  4. Enter a secret code in the Access Code field in order to access the visualizer. However, it is optional.


  5. Click Create.


  6. Click Change Settings for making edits.


  7. Click Access and Notifications tab to change the Expiration Date and Access Code.


  8. Click Notifications Enabled checkbox if you want to receive notification emails whenever someone access your visualizer.


  9. Click Identification Requirements to select the identification details to be provided when accessing the visualizer.


  10. Click Integration if you want to integrate the platform with Salesforce.


  11. Enter the ID in the Salesforce Web-to-Lead Organization ID field.


  12. Click Update.


  13. Click Send Visualizer Share Link.


  14. Click Email to send the Visualizer Share Link to a user.


  15. Click Instances in order to know the things that have been done by the user while viewing your visualizer. Each time the user views a visualizer is considered as a session.


  16. You get to view all the instances and all the sessions created so far. Click to select an individual instance to view the sessions.
