Integrate with Marketo

Overview

ValueCore integrates with any marketing automation system that can create a web form or embed code in a web form. Typical examples include HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, Pardot, and Keap. As part of the integration, you just require a standard form from your CRM system. Integration with Marketo, the marketing automation platform helps you to enhance your marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads and turn them into customers.

Step-by-Step Guide

Embedding Lead Harvester on your Web Page via iFrame

Your web page can be hosted on standard CMS tools like WordPress, or advanced solutions like marketing automation solutions (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo). Given below is a sample iFrame code. Make the requisite changes and embed your Lead Harvester.

Sample iFrame code

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/iframe-resizer/4.2.10/iframeResizer.min.js"></script>

<body>

<iframe id="vroi" src="https://www.visualize-roi.com/vr/customer/ui/LHexamples/demo1/"style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%;min-height: 100%;"frameBorder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

<script>

iFrameResize({

log: true

}, '#vroi');

</script>

</body>

Passing Data from Lead Harvester to Marketing Automation System

Creating a Form

  1. Create a form in your system with input fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company, and Country.

  2. Mark all the required fields.

  3. Add an input field for the URL or a button to receive a personalized PDF report.

  4. Publish the form as a web page or send us the embed code of the form.

  5. On getting the form or code, ValueCore configures it to run within the Lead Harvester parameters.

  6. You can decide the automation rules for sending an email with the ValueCore URL to the customer.

  7. On clicking the link, your customer will receive the personalized report.  (https://www.visualize-roi.com/vr/customer/ui/LHexamples/demo1/thankyou.html?script_id=88t9 - sample report)

Procedure

  1. On your website, the customer does the following:
    1.  Interacts with the Lead Harvester
    2. Enters details and information in the form and sees the data appearing live on the screen
    3. Clicks Submit or Get My Report button

  2. Based on the data entered in the Lead Harvester, ValueCore does the following:
    1. Generates a unique report
    2. Sends the data to your marketing automation system in your form along with the URL which is mostly a download of the unique customer report

  3. On receiving the data, your marketing automation system does the following:
    1.  Instantly sends an email to the customer along with the download link
    2. Creates a Lead or a customer record for your sales process

Delivering a Report to the Customer

  1. Click Submit and the customer will receive either an email, including a link to a PDF report, or a download to their desktop.

  2. This setting should be configured by the marketing automation administrator.

Note:

  1. When creating a webpage form, you need not worry about branding and styling your form as ValueCore would take care of the visual design and other aspects associated with it. We would hide the extra fields including the URL field. Though hidden, it would continue to help you with tracking or automation.

  2. You can include input or output fields that are pre-populated with data. You can also include any Disclaimer text or Opt-in checkbox in the form.

  3. The URL that ValueCore sends is a permalink. Hence, your customer can download it directly from the email any number of times.

  4. During the initial testing and development, the marketing automation system must instantly send an email every time the form is submitted. Therefore, do not put any sending restrictions in your marketing automation system for instance, putting a limit to the number of emails that could be sent to a particular email address, or only sending one email per campaign till the initial testing period.
