Convert the Excel Model into Google Sheets

Overview

When converted to Google Spreadsheets, Excel models offer a faster means to create a value model.

Step-by-Step Guide

First Method

1. Click open the Excel sheet.

2. Click Open with and then select Google Sheets from the drop-down list.

3. The Excel model opens as a Google spreadsheet in another tab.

   
   
4. Click Share.

5. Under General access, click Restricted and select Anyone with the link from the drop-down list.

6. Click Copy link.

Second Method

1. On your Gmail email account, click the Google apps icon and then click Sheets.

2. Click the Open file picker icon on the Sheets.

3. Select the file of your choice and then click Open.

4. The file opens in Sheets. Now click Share on the Sheets.

5. Click Copy link.
