How to troubleshoot if a video or an image newly added doesn't appear?


  1. Go to the Visualizer Type page.


  2. Click Advanced and then select Extensions.


  3. Click the name of the extension created. The Extension page appears.


  4. Click to select Default from the Tag drop-down list.


  5. Click Update.


  6. Refresh the Discovery Wizard page. The uploaded image or video appears on the page.
