Get to Know the Settings Tab in Sheets enabled DW

Overview

The Settings tab in Discovery Wizard offers you more control such as font color, font type, table settings and much much more.


Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Click Discovery Wizard on the Visualizer Type page.


  1. Click the Settings tab on the top navigation.



  1. A pop-up box appears consisting of three sections: Style, Advanced, and Table Settings.


Style

  1. Click the color box to change the Primary Color. As you select a new color, you can see that the font color of Sections and Categories changing.


  2. Once you finalize the color and if there are no more changes, click Save.


  1. Click to select the font type from the Font drop-down list. As you select, you can see the font type of the text changing.


  2. If there are no more changes then click Save.


Advanced


  1. Click Advanced.

  1. For Inputs Spacing, enter the number directly in the spin box or click the up-down control to select the numeric value to increase or decrease the spacing between inputs.

  1. If there are no more changes then click Save.



  1. You can see that the spacing between the inputs have increased.



  1. For Extensions Spacing, enter the number directly in the spin box or click the up-down control to select the numeric value to increase or decrease the spacing between extensions.

  1. If there are no more changes then click Save.



  1. You can see that the spacing between the two extensions (charts here) has increased.



  1. For Left Side Width (%), enter the number directly in the spin box or click the up-down control to select the numeric value to increase or decrease the left side width.

  1. If there are no more changes then click Save.


  1. You can see that the left side width has decreased.



  1. Follow the steps to Enable the AutoSave Feature in Discovery Wizard.

  1. Follow the steps to Enable Google Sheets Mapping.

  1. Follow the steps to Select Languages to Translate Visualizer Type in DW.


Table Settings


  1. Click Table Settings.


  1. Click the color box to select the color of your choice.



  1. On the Prototype page, scroll up to see whether the color selection is fine.

  1. If it is okay then click Save.
