Create a Share Link

Overview

Share links are created to send a copy of the Visualizer to a teammate or prospective customer. You can create a share link in three ways.


Step-by-Step Guide


Creating Share Link using the Share Button


  1. Follow the steps to Create a Visualizer.


  1. Hover the mouse over the hamburger icon under the Actions column and click Share.


  1. The Share Link pop-up box appears. On the Access and Notifications tab, you can set the Expiration Date and enter the Access Code. But it is not mandatory.




  1. Click the Identification Requirements tab. Click to select the checkboxes that the user (whom the link is to be shared with) needs to provide as credentials to view and use the link.


  2. Click Create Share Link.


  1. The Share Link pop-up box appears.



  1. If the Visualizer has both Value Collaborator as well as Discovery Wizard configured, you would get two share links -one for Value Collaborator and one for Discovery Wizard.


  2. Click Copy.


  3. Open your email account and paste the link. Now send the mail to the user or you can paste the link in Email Template. For a step-by-step guide, follow the steps to Create an Email Template.


Creating Share Link using Value Collaborator


  1. Follow the steps to Create a Visualizer.


  1. Click the newly created Visualizer and it opens in a new tab. If both Discovery Wizard and Value Collaborator are configured, then you would be shown both and you can select from it.


  2. Click Value Collaborator.


  1. As the visualizer opens in Value Collaborator, click Tools and then click Share from the drop-down list.


  1. The Share Link pop-up box appears. If the Visualizer has both Value Collaborator as well as Discovery Wizard configured, you would get two share links - one for Value Collaborator and one for Discovery Wizard.


  2. Click Copy.


  3. Open your email account and paste the link. Now send the mail to the user or you can paste the link in Email Template. For a step-by-step guide, follow the steps to Create an Email Template.


Creating Share Link using Discovery Wizard


  1. Follow the steps to Create a Visualizer.


  1. Click the newly created Visualizer and it opens in a new tab. If both Discovery Wizard and Value Collaborator are configured, then you would be shown both and you can select from it.


  2. Click Discovery Wizard.



  1. Clear the Share button.



  1. The Share Link pop-up box appears. On the Access and Notifications tab, you can set the Expiration Date and enter the Access Code. But it is not mandatory.
