How should I organize my model for sales adoption?

First, we typically suggest some kind of introduction; a context for what is about to be presented.

Second, would be a Discovery section where the sales rep can collect information from the customer unimpeded. The focus here should be reducing clutter and unnecessary questions as much as possible while still collecting the data that will highlight your value drivers.

Next, you'll want to highlight those value drivers with a section that takes in the information provided by the prospective customer and shows how you can improve their numbers. Ideally, you'll want to back up your claims with some sources.

Finally, provide a summary of what they experience right now vs. the value you can provide them.

Some additional tools to help sales adoption are providing graphics like images and videos in addition to your charts.
