STEP 17: View/Download Activity Report

Overview

The user activities in ValueCore are tracked every moment. The Activity Report shows these activities of the Users. You can also download this report.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. On the Home page, click your organization name in the top right corner.

   
   
2. Click Activity Report from the drop-down list.

3. On the Activity Report page, you can easily track user activities that include:

1. the details of the visualizers created
2. the duration of each session
3. the number of shares
4. the number of share instances
5. the details of the templates used
6. the details of the Users and
7. the login details of the users

4. Click the Visualizer name or the Owner's name to see the details.

5. To archive Visualizers that are no longer used, click to select the checkboxes and then click Archive Selected.

   
   
6. The selected entries would no longer be visible.

7. Click Export to Excel to get all user activities or a separate report for each user activity such as Sessions, Shares, Logins, etc. It gets downloaded to your device.

8. You can also search by selecting from the Type drop-down list.

9. You can also collect details by entering the specific name of the Visualizer, Owner, or SFDC User ID.

10. If visualizers have been archived, you can search among archived visualizers by selecting Yes from the Archived drop-down list.
