Enhance Capabilities with Advanced Settings


Overview

To access all the sections of the Advanced Settings tab, you need to be the owner of the organization.

Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Follow the steps to Access the Manage Organization Page.


  2. Click Advanced Settings. The page opens to reveal the different functions that help enhance the capabilities of organizations' owners.

Google Analytics


  • Google Analytics helps track visitors' page views on the Visualizer Hub page and the Visualizers.

Custom Footers



  • Use this feature to customize page footers, HTML email footers, and plaintext email footers.

Custom Branding


  • Use this feature to customize the user experience for your users.

Other Display Settings



  • Click to select and unselect the checkboxes to customize your page settings easily.


  • Click to select checkboxes to activate many features such as Batch import, browser batch migration, folder structure for Visualizer Types, and so on.


  • You can provide the landing page link when new users log in. You can even provide a Live/Test Toggle Tooltip.


  • Click Save.


One Click Import



Help Settings


  • Use this to set up additional help links for the user.


  • Enter a name in the Help Link Button Label field.


  • Enter the URL in the Help Link field.


  • Click Save.

New UI Settings



  • Click to select the buttons to be displayed on the Sales Dashboard.


  • You can even enter a new name for the item selected in the Label field.


  • You can drag and drop to change the position of the different items.


  • Click Save.

  • In the Sales UI Create Visualizer Popup Text and Sales UI SalesForce Popup Text text boxes, enter the text to display if you know about it.


  • In the Sales UI Action Items, enter the HTML codes for items to appear in the Action column on the Sales Dashboard.


  • Click Save.

SSO Settings


  • Click to select the Enable Automatic User Registration checkbox to register users automatically once they sign in to the application.


  • Click to select the Single Sign-On Login Only check box if you or users want to sign into multiple web applications using a single ID or login credentials.


  • Provide the Redirect URL in the Redirect URL for the SSO logged-in users field.


  • Click the Add SAML Configuration tab to verify the user's identity and credentials.


  • Click Enter IDP details to add the certificate and other information, if no results are obtained for SAML configuration.


  • Click Save.

Stats Settings


  • Add code references for common variables for data analysis in the Common Variables field.


  • Click Save.

Organization Group Variables


  • Enter all the codes and tags that are common to all clients in an Organization.

API Token


  • Add and manage tokens to access VC Rest APIs.


Note:


  1. In the case of New UI Settings, if you are unsure about entering popup texts and action items, it is advised to avoid doing it.
