Save the Value Collaborator Visualizer as a Template

Overview

The Save as Template option helps you to save your visualizer as a template. However this feature is available in Classic UI at present.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Follow the steps to Add a Simple Table in Value Collaborator.

   

   
   

2. Click General Settings.

   

   
   

3. Click to activate the Save as Template toggle button.

   

   
   

4. Click Save on the top navigation.

   
   

5. Follow the steps to Create a Visualizer.

   

   
   

6. On the Sales Dashboard, hover the mouse over the visualizer created and click Value Collaborator.

   

   
   

7. Click Tools and from the drop-down list click to select Save as Template.

   

   
   
   

8. Enter a name for the template in the Name field.

   
   

9. Enter details about the template in the Description field but it is optional.

   
   
10. Click to select Private from the Accessibility drop-down list, if you alone want to see the visualizer in Template form. Select Public if you want it available to all users in the organization.
