Get to Know the Settings Tab in Value Collaborator

Overview

You can easily customize your prototype and visualizer using the Setting tab.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Click Value Collaborator on the Visualizer Type page.

   

   
   
2. The Setting tab is seen as selected and the right pane shows the different settings that you can customize.

Styles

1. The Style section helps you style the Prototype page, tables, and charts. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Add/Change Colors in Value Collaborator.

General Settings

1. Enter a label in the Browser Tab Title field. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Add Browser Tab Title to your Visualizer Type.

   
   

2. To get a template option, for your visualizer, activate the Enable Template Option toggle button. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Enable the Template Option for Visualizers.

   
   

3. To save the visualizer as a template, activate the Save as Template toggle button. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Save the Value Collaborator Visualizer as a Template.

   
   

4. To convert currency, activate the Currency Conversion toggle button. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Enable Currency Conversion for your Visualizer Type.

   
   

5. Click to select from the Autosave Interval drop-down list to set up an interval for enabling the Autosave option.

   
   

6. Click to select from the Languages drop-down list to get your prototype translated into the languages of your choice. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Select the Languages to Translate your Visualizer Type.

   
   
7. Click Customer/Partner Logo to dynamically add the logo of the customer or partner to the Visualizers and exports. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Import Customer/Partner Logo for Visualizers and Exports.

Export Settings

1. Click to activate the toggle buttons of those formats to which you want the prototype to be exported. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Enable Export Buttons in Value Collaborator.

Share Settings

The Share Settings help you to customize your Visualizer. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Create a Visualizer.

1. Enter the title in the Landing Page Title field.

   
   

2. Enter text in the Landing Page Body Text field.

   
   

3. Click to select the Shared Page Font Family.

   
   

4. Click to select the Shared Page Font Color.

   
   

5. Click to select the Shared Page Title Font Size.

   
   

6. Click to select the Shared Page Font Size.

   
   

7. Click to select the Shared Page Background Color.

   
   

8. Enter a title in the Email Title field.

   
   
9. Enter text in the Email Text field.
