Get to Know the Visualizer Type Page


Overview

The Visualizer Type page may seem daunting at first, but it's quite simple.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click Help on the top navigation to get support documentation.


  2. Click Sales Dashboard on the top navigation for creating visualizers and sharing with your customers. For more information, read Get to Know the Sales Dashboard.


  3. Click Manage Tags to create tags to be added to admins, users, and visualizer types. For a step-by-step guide read the documentation on Create Tags using Manage Tags.


  4. Click Copy to copy the visualizer type of another person. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Copy a Visualizer Type Created by Another Person.)


  5. Click Delete to delete a visualizer type. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Delete a Visualizer Type.


  6. Click Visualizer Types to go back to the Visualizer Types page.


  7. Click Change name or description to change the name and description of a visualizer type. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Change the Name and Description of. the Visualizer Type.


  8. Click Tags to add or remove tags. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Add Tags to your Visualizer Type.


  9. Click Change to add a logo for the visualizer type. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Add/Remove Logo from a Visualizer Type.


  10. Click Repository of all Imported Spreadsheets to know the list of model files imported to a particular visualizer type.


  11. Click Import Model via Excel to import a generic file or flat file. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Upload your Model/Create a Visualizer Type.


  12. Click Variable Types to see all your variables and tags and edit them or create new ones.


  13. Click Code to see the code of the visualizer type. It is better not to edit the Blockly but rather make changes to the model.


  14. Click Upload Spreadsheet Version of Model to upload a model that represents the visualizer type. and to store versions of your model in the visualizer. 


  15. Click HubSpot to integrate the ValueCore with HubSpot. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Integrate with HubSpot.


  16. Click Advanced to access different features of the ValueCore. For more information, read Get to Know the Advanced Tab.


  17. Click Push to Staging to push the visualizer type into staging and then production and thereby convert it into a basic template. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Push a Visualizer Type into Production.


  18. Click Discovery Wizard to access it.


  19. Click Value Collaborator to access the UI Builder.


  20. Click Upload a Custom PowerPoint for Export to upload a PPT for export. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Add Dynamic Variables & Charts for PPT Export.


  21. Click Upload a Custom Word Document for Export to upload a Word document for export. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Add Dynamic Variables for Word Export.


  22. Click Email Template to create custom email templates to be sent to clients. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Create an Email Template.


  23. Click Upload a Custom Excel document for Export to upload an Excel file for export.


  24. Click Prototype to see what the visualizer would be like before being pushed to staging. You can do edits and test your code here.


  25. Click Test Visualizer to  create a temporary Visualizer while the version is still in development


  26. Click View Data to know the number of Visualizers created using the basic template. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on View the Visualizer Type Data.


  27. Click Hide if you want the visualizer type to be hidden when users are creating and updating visualizers. For a step-by-step guide, read the documentation on Hide a Visualizer Type.
